How NOVPHA works:
from keywords to booked calls.
NOVPHA turns a few keywords into a list of real people you can email, then helps you reach them from your own Gmail. Five steps. After the first one, most of the work is waiting.
Connect your Gmail
Sign in with Google and NOVPHA links to your Gmail inbox. Every email goes out from your own account, and replies come back into the same thread, so the conversation stays in one place and Auto-reply can pick it up.
Search by keyword and location
Name a search card, then add keyword tags for the businesses or people you want to reach, like "local grocery stores" or "farmers market". Choose a location (one country per search card) and the sources to search: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google.
Pick a package size from 250 to 1,000 emails. You see the exact price before you press Search.
Collect a verified prospect list
Results stream onto your card as they're found. NOVPHA follows the links people leave in their bios, finds the contact details they chose to publish, and checks that each address can receive mail.
Every prospect comes with its source link, platform and email, ranked by quality. Hide off-topic results with one click, keep only contacts with emails, copy the list as a CSV, or file it into a named list to work on later.
Send personal emails from your Gmail
Select some or all of your list. Write one message and personalize it with merge tags like {{first_name}}, {{title}}, {{handle}} and {{platform}}. Preview it, then send from your connected Gmail. A daily cap keeps your volume sensible and your inbox healthy.
Let Auto-reply handle replies and follow-ups
Turn on Auto-reply and NOVPHA answers replies in the tone you set, on the days and hours you choose.
Track who opened and replied
Your NOVPHA inbox shows which threads were opened, replied to or failed, with counts like "Opened 3×" and "Replied 2×". Repeat opens are a strong sign of interest, so you know who to follow up with personally. Everything also lives in your Gmail.
Already have a list? Bring it
Drag a CSV onto the panel or add contacts one at a time. Then send, auto-reply and track exactly as you would with a NOVPHA search.
A small farm, start to finish
A small California farm wants its carrots on more shelves. The owner searches "local grocery stores", "farmers market" and "healthy food stores" in California.
NOVPHA returns markets, co-ops and grocers with email addresses, ranked by quality.
The owner writes one short note and sends it from Gmail.
A week later, quiet threads get a gentle follow-up. One Bay Area market replies and gets the farm's booking link.
The inbox shows who opened and who replied. A call is booked.
A few minutes of setup. The rest of the week went to the farm.
Add keywords and a location to a search card and press Search. NOVPHA finds the contact details businesses publish on their profiles and websites, then verifies each address.
Yes. It reads public Instagram profiles, follows the links in their bios and collects the business contact details they chose to publish. It does the same for TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Yes. NOVPHA sends from your own Gmail, which keeps replies in your inbox and your outreach personal.
Yes. A daily cap keeps volume sensible: each mailbox you connect adds 100 sends a day, and an Auto-reply campaign sends at most 50 emails a day per connected mailbox.
If someone doesn't reply, Auto-reply sends a gentle follow-up after seven days or on the day you choose, and stops as soon as they answer.
Yes. Upload a CSV or add contacts by hand.
