You enter keywords and an optional location. novpha expands the query, finds matching public profiles, pulls contact signals from bios and linked pages, and verifies deliverability where it can. Not every profile has a public email — results appear as emails are found.
Not always. Yield depends on how public the niche is and whether people share contact info. Packages aim for a list size; verified emails can come in lower. Refine keywords or re-run if a batch falls short — under-delivered paid searches can keep hunting until they deliver.
Yes. Import a CSV (or paste contacts) into a list, then use the same compose, send, and tracking tools. You need permission to contact them — you’re responsible for how imported lists are used.
Addresses like info@, hello@, or support@ often bounce or never reach a person. novpha filters many of these so outreach targets real people when possible. You can still manage lists manually if you need an exception.
Yes. Cancel a running search anytime in the app. Re-run uses your remaining budget and settings to keep hunting — same keywords or updated ones. Progress and history stay on that search card.

Yes. Set a daily cap in novpha so you don’t overwhelm your mailbox or recipients. When you hit it, remaining messages stay queued. Gmail also enforces its own limits — stay within both.
Yes. Mail lives in your Gmail, so you can read and reply in novpha or in Gmail. Draft sync keeps threads you handle in either place visible in the product.
Pick a search package size (for example 100, 250, or 500+ emails) and see the price before you start. Plans and Rocket Fuel top-ups add capacity — full details are on Pricing. Cancel anytime on recurring plans.
Rocket Fuel is a wallet top-up when you need more search or auto-reply capacity. Checkout runs through Stripe; credits land in your account after payment. Fuel 2 is bonus capacity you can earn from activity.
You see the package price before you launch. Starting a paid search uses that package (or wallet balance) for the size you picked. Free trial searches don’t need a card.
Yield varies by niche. Packages buy search capacity, not a guaranteed count. If a paid run under-delivers, it can keep working until it hits the target. Billing issues or failed charges — email support@novpha.com or use Contact Us.

Google OAuth so you can send and sync mail through Gmail. Access is limited to what the product needs to run. Details — including Google API Limited Use — are in the Privacy Policy.
No. We don’t sell your account data or prospect lists. We process data to run the service you asked for — searches, sends, tracking, and support. Subprocessors and retention are in Privacy.
Yes. Disconnect Google and request deletion via support@novpha.com or Contact Us. We process requests as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.
